Injury Report

For the Denver Broncos, the injury list is not as long as it was a few weeks back. However, a first round bye could really help as far as healing up some of these nagging injuries.

On Thursday, Peyton Manning had his first full practice participation since his foot injury back against Kansas City. And according to reports, he has officially been named the second string quarterback. Meaning that he will be active for the first time since Week 10.

The only player that has not participated in practice so far this week is Brandon Marshall, who is dealing with an ankle injury. He suffered the injury in the win against the Bengals.

Everyone else on the injury list has had some form of practice participation during the week. T.J. Ward was limited with his ankle injury. In my opinion, I would not let Ward play and let him rest.

If the Broncos get the bye, that is two weeks that he will have to recover. His health will be huge going into the postseason, so let him rest this game and prepare for January football.
