Injury Report:

As of Saturday, the injury report for the Broncos has been released. Only Peyton Manning and Omar Bolden have been ruled out for the game.

Manning’s status comes as no surprise as Broncos fans have known since Osweiler was named the starter. Before Pittsburgh, he suffered a set back in the recovery from the injury. Hopefully, Manning gets better.

Bolden has dealt with a hamstring and did not participate in practice all week. So his status was set in stone after not practicing on Saturday. This once again puts a thin limit on the safeties for the Broncos.

Three players for the Broncos will be questionable for the game. Safety T.J. Ward and Darian Stewart as well as inside linebacker Todd Davis will be a game time decision. It was a good sign to see Ward back at practice after he has missed some time with an ankle injury.

I am very interested to see how the safety position shapes up. In Pittsburgh, it was clear that not having Ward and Stewart out allowed Big Ben to throw down the middle of the field. Having Ward and Stewart allows them to play center field and make a huge play.
