X-Factors

Von Miller

The Broncos will be looking to dial up the pressure on Rivers. Who better to be up to the task than Von Miller. He has recorded seven sacks so far this season, which leads the team in a category where the Broncos dominate as a whole.

No matter how you slice and dice it, Miller always finds a way to get to the quarterback and this week should be no different against an offensive line that has struggled and allowed 26 sacks for the year. Not to mention if he can get a hard enough hit, he can jar the ball loose.

The Chargers are a minus six in the turnover ratio, so one big forced fumble could change the course of the entire game if Miller can get his hands on Rivers.

Demaryius Thomas

When Osweiler took over for the Broncos at quarterback, we noticed that Demaryius Thomas and Osweiler have struggled to get a rhythm together. I believe that changes this weekend in San Diego.

Thomas has only recorded four receptions for 95 yards and a touchdown in his first two games with Osweiler holding the reins. And he was really hard on himself after the Patriots game. But we all know that Thomas has the ability to bounce back.

I think that Osweiler could look to Thomas more this week. I believe it is all about timing and practice will determine how much they have worked together.

I am not worried at all about the performance of Thomas. He will bounce back. I believe it.
