Injury Report

One of the biggest names on the injury report has been Demarcus Ware. He returned to practice earlier this week while he is recovering from a back injury. Even though he has been limited up to this point, it’ll be interesting to see how he practices on Friday.

Another big name to pop up is Peyton Manning. While he will not play on Sunday, it was reported that he did shed the boot earlier this week. The plan now is for Manning to begin his rehab on Friday, so this week will be crucial to see if he makes it to the field.

Louis Vasquez also popped up on the injury report after getting injured in the Patriots win on Sunday. He suffered a groin injury and was limited in practice on Thursday. Friday’s practice will determine if he plays on Sunday, but it would be a pretty huge loss without the veteran right guard.

The Broncos are pretty banged up going into the San Diego game, while the Chargers are relatively healthy. Only D.J. Fluker has not participated in practice as he is going through the concussion protocol.

This could mean that a lot of Broncos back up players will have to step it up. Hopefully Friday’s injury report is a more positive going into this weekend.
