Conclusion

There were some hits, some misses and overall surprises, but there’s three things that stick out to me after doing these revised predictions.

  1. Denver is still the class of the division.
  2. By looking at the rest of the division, I feel confident that the Broncos will stay a playoff, if not a Super Bowl contending team after Manning retires.
  3. Because of the Broncos stability and Oakland’s seemingly revived team, I expect that classic Bronco-Raider rivalry to heat back up and battle for the division crown for many years to come.

We’ll see how things pan out for the rest of the season, but there’s no doubt that the Broncos will stay a good team for the foreseeable future and old rivalries will definitely be renewed.  Can’t wait.  GO BRONCOS!
