The Denver Broncos square off against the Cleveland Browns this Sunday afternoon at First Energy Stadium. It marks the first time since 2012 that these two teams have faced off.

This will be another addition to a historical rivalry. Broncos safety T.J. Ward will also be making his first return to Cleveland since he joined Denver via free agency.

With a various amount of injuries, the Broncos are going to have to rely on a lot of players to make some plays for the team. With that being said, here is the Denver Broncos’ inactive list for the Week 6 matchup against the Browns.

OLB Demarcus Ware

QB Trevor Siemian

RB Juwan Thompson

CB Lorenzo Doss

LT Ty Sambrailo

DT Darius Kilgo

OG Shelley Smith

The appearance of Ty Sambrailo and Demarcus Ware on this list is not surprising. Ware did not appear at all in practice this week and the Broncos appear to be resting him for the Week 8 matchup against the Packers. Sambrailo made some progress, but the Broncos might keep him out so he gets more time to rest.

The Broncos once again will go with two quarterbacks, meaning that Trevor Siemian is a healthy scratch for the game.

Juwan Thompson will miss his first game of the season due to a hamstring injury. This means that Kapri Bibbs will play in his first NFL game. Depending on how they use him, it is going to be an exciting time for the Colorado State player.

Another big thing to watch for is Kenny Anunike will be active today. He has been recovering from an injury and will play in his first NFL game today. I am really excited for him and hope he does well.

One surprise on this list is Darius Kilgo is inactive. Could be a healthy scratch, but the Broncos could be looking to add depth at the secondary position with the team going up against Josh McCown, who has been on fire the last three weeks.

The Broncos kick off at 11:00 AM MST. Go Broncos!
