X-Factors

Shaquil Barrett

With the injury to Demarcus Ware, I have a feeling that Shaquil Barrett will be the starter on the edge alongside Von Miller. I think Barrett deserves to start with the performance that he has put up to this point.

If Barrett can produce the same way he has been coming off of the bench, he will cause havoc on McCown and lead the defense. It is nice to see someone who can step up in a veteran’s absence.

Jordan Norwood

Jordan Norwood has been somewhat of a slot guy for the Denver Broncos this season. When his number has been called, he has done his duty. Despite only having 81 yards receiving, he can be a solid option in the passing game.

I look for him to breakout in this game if Peyton Manning has a solid game. With all the talk about Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders, it is time another receiver had a day. And I think Norwood is long time overdue.
