9. Darian Stewart, S

Grade: 3.4

Darian Stewart has joined with T.J. Ward and David Bruton in the Broncos’ secondary to bring some nasty. He has made huge plays in his first three games as a member of the Broncos, and his PFF grade reflects that.

He has the 2nd best coverage grade in the league among safeties, and the 8th best overall grade. He capped off a brilliant week 1 performance with an interception off of a David Bruton deflection, and has also made some big hits. Ameer Abdullah won’t soon forget Stewart, who nearly just straight ripped the ball out of his hands a millisecond after his butt hit the ground.

This was a great pickup for John Elway and the front office.
