If you got Daniels, you likely stole him late in your draft, possibly even as a ‘backup’ TE. I think that so many people overlooked a fantasy football diamond in the rough this year.

If you’re looking for one of the strongest plays of the week, throw Owen Daniels in your lineup and reap the benefits. He’s going to see a ton of action in this offense, especially with as much trust as he and Peyton Manning appear to have built up from what we saw this preseason.

Daniels knows how to get open, he knows this Ravens defense, and he knows how to exploit coverage in the red zone. I’m not saying this is going to be a Gronkowski day for Daniels, but he’s a really solid play at your TE spot week one.
