Ronnie Hillman

The Broncos’ backup running back has plenty to be intrigued about. If you’re playing in a really deep league and are struggling at the RB spots or at your FLEX position — especially in a PPR — you should consider playing Hillman.

I made this comparison a few days ago, but I could see Hillman and Anderson playing a similar role of what we saw from Tatum Bell and Mike Anderson in 2005 when the Broncos nearly had two running backs with 2,000 yards rushing. I don’t think the running game will be that heavily relied upon, but I think both backs will see a lot of touches.

Like Anderson, Hillman is a good third down back. He was easily the most explosive back in the preseason for the Broncos and looks like he’s finally coming into his own as a player in this league. If you’re looking for the Broncos’ fantasy sleeper, Hillman is the guy.
