Third Amigo? Who will be the Broncos #3 WR?
By Aric Manthey
Andre Caldwell
Pros
-Aside from DT, Caldwell is the longest tenured Broncos WR and has built a chemistry with Manning
-Is the most experienced of the 4 depth receivers

-Proved in his preseason play that he still has big play potential
-Has the most pro experience of anybody in the receiving group
Cons
-Is entering a contract year. It would be unfortunate to have him emerge as the #3 WR then have the possibility of him leaving after the season.
-Cody Latimer was expected to become the #3 WR. Even though his preseason play didn’t warrant that position, it will be interesting to see if Latimer gets more playing time because of his draft status.
-Jordan Norwood emerged as a solid threat from the slot, which is typically the spot the #3 WR would play. Although Caldwell had a good off-season, Norwood was equally impressive and is a natural fit in the slot position.
