2. Cody Latimer, WR

Much has been made of Cody Latimer again this offseason, and again there hasn’t been much bite to the bark. Latimer was relatively quiet this preseason and frankly out-performed by all of Andre Caldwell, Jordan Norwood, and Bennie Fowler. It’s going to be really interesting to see what the coaching staff does with him in this game, and as the season progresses.

Latimer is right on the cusp it feels like. He has to push past that final hurdle to get where the Broncos need him to be to be a key third receiver this season.
