Bennie Fowler has been awesome this preseason for the Broncos, putting an exclamation point on his highlight reel with a diving catch on a 41-yard bomb from Trevor Siemian in the first game.

He’s receiving good grades from Pro Football Focus, but more importantly, he’s making a great impression on the Broncos’ coaching staff. It’s now to the point where people feel like he’s almost locked in a roster spot. That’s good news, because the Broncos could use another receiver with excellent height/weight/speed like Fowler, especially if he’s figuring out the wide receiver part of his game.

I’m really excited to see how Fowler does if he gets some snaps with Peyton Manning and the boys, as he did in the last preseason game.
