Prediction

Once again, preseason games are very difficult to determine the outcome of a game. With both teams still getting a feel for what they expect during the 2015 season, this game will determine a lot of factors for both teams.

I think the Denver Broncos offense is a bit more elite than the Texans. An injured star running back, unsettled business at the quarterback position, and losing Andre Johnson in the offseason means that the Texans offense may not put up a whole lot of points. While they did put up 23 of them, this Broncos defense is a bit more advanced than Washington’s was.

Manning and Osweiler will each throw for one touchdown and Connor Barth and Brandon McManus will each convert two field goals, which further intensifies the kicking battle. The Broncos defense keeps the Texans out of the end zone, but will allow a few field goals.
