Key Matchups

Broncos O-Line vs. Texans Front Line Defense

The Broncos offensive line did a solid job last week against the Seattle Seahawks when it came to run blocking and pass blocking (minus a red zone sack) and the young offensive line will face off against players like J.J. Watt, Vince Wilfork, Brian Cushing among others.

This could be another big task for the offensive line, but they rose up to the occasion and will look to do the same thing again on Saturday night in Houston. One thing that I will most likely look at is the Ty Sambrailo and J.J. Watt matchup. The former defensive player of the year will look to get some solid looks at sacking Peyton Manning, so Ty Sambrailo will be tasked for the most part to keep him in check.

Broncos wide outs vs. Rahim Moore

Rahim Moore left the Denver Broncos via free agency and joined the Houston Texans. He was brought into the Texans in order to help with the passing game. It would not surprise me at all if Peyton Manning took a few shots and test Rahim Moore.

With Cody Latimer and Demaryius Thomas lining up as the receivers against the first string secondary of the Houston Texans, it could be quite a matchup with a star receiver and a coming of age wide out looking to test their former teammate and the rest of the secondary.
