Injury Report
For the Denver Broncos, they got some good news on the injury front. Kenny Anunike is expected to miss 2-3 weeks while he recovers from knee surgery. The injury was not as severe as some feared it to be. As long as he relaxes, we should see him suit up in a couple weeks. For the rest of the Broncos, Brandon Marshall will play on Saturday and Danny Trevathan will be out for Saturday according to Gary Kubiak.
Emmanuel Sanders will also be out for the Denver Broncos when they face the Houston Texans this week. Emmanuel Sanders is still day to day following a hamstring injury. The Broncos are being cautious with his injury and keeping him out for those reasons.
For the Houston Texans, Mike McFarland was waived by the team on Wednesday. There are no other injuries to report at this time other than Arian Foster most likely requiring surgery for a groin injury. Alfred Blue is set to start in Arian Foster’s absence as was the case last week.
