The Denver Broncos appeared to have succeed in last week’s matchup against the Seattle Seahawks from the first team offensive line standpoint. Ty Sambrailo impressed quite a bit for the Denver Broncos against the Seattle defense. Now he faces another tough task with a much higher risk.

The Broncos travel to Houston to take on the Texans on Saturday night. The Texans finished 9-7 last year, which was a great improvement from their 2-14 record a year earlier. This is a team that could be on the rise, but faces challenges competing with the Indianapolis Colts. The Houston Texans are going to be relying on defense to win some games.

Perhaps the biggest playmaker for the Texans is the guy that Ty Sambrailo will most likely go up against. J.J. Watt is a physical force who can make plays every time he takes the field. He had an electrifying 2014 season in which he recorded three touchdowns on offense and two of them on defense. Not to mention that he recorded 20.5 sacks in 2014.

This could be Ty Sambrailo’s biggest task as a rookie. The reason that this game represents a higher risk is that Peyton Manning will be starting with the first team on Saturday. Ty Sambrailo needs to make sure that J.J. Watt stays away from Peyton Manning. In my opinion, having Ty Sambrailo tested early and often will help him prepare for the upcoming season in a big way.

With this being the second game of the preseason, it is a good time for players to learn from their mistakes they made in the first game and improve their game.  Ty Sambrailo will have to prove that he can hold off J.J. Watt in order to further solidify his spot on the roster.
