Omar Bolden Listed As Kick and Punt Returner

While I am glad to see Omar Bolden getting his shot at special teams returning, it also begs the question if the other returners are impressing or not. Gary Kubiak stated that he wanted his returner to have a part in the offense and defense as well. Looking at the depth chart, Omar Bolden is on the second team defense, so he figures to see snaps on both defense and returning.

How does that compare to the other returners on the roster? Jordan Norwood is currently listed as the third string wide out behind Thomas, Sanders, Caldwell, and Latimer. Solomon Patton is on the outside looking in when it comes to the offense. This training camp battle for returner will likely not end until preseason is over, but as of right now Omar Bolden has the edge on both returner spots.
