Demaryius Thomas Signed – Denver Broncos Moving Forward
By Adam Malnati
Alright Broncos Country, you can exhale, as the Denver Broncos and Demaryius Thomas have come to terms on a deal. Never mind the discussions of collusion. John Elway is not going to trade Thomas. Peyton Manning still has one of the best players in the game to throw the football to. Here endeth our summer of discontent. Now on to training camp.

Make no mistake, this team is fully aware of the talent and capabilities it has. The Broncos know that the time is now, so there will be no point in talking about success for this team unless there is a Lombardi Trophy in the background during a parade to the capital in Denver. It has been a main topic for the Broncos during the offseason, but it truly is Super Bowl or bust.
John Elway may take a slightly different approach, as he is clearly looking to build this team for after PFM. The post-Manning era will come soon enough, but for now, everything that is discussed must be about 2015. Gary Kubiak was brought in to win now, just as much as he was brought in to win in the future.
Winning a Super Bowl is never a right, and this team will have to fight every week to prove they belong in the discussion.
This team has talent all over the field, and keeping DT in orange and blue is a big move for 2015, and for the team’s future. Cody Latimer will have the opportunity to continue to grow and learn from two of the best wideouts in the game. A cornerstone of the offense is locked up, giving whoever replaces PFM, whenever he needs to be replaced, a go-to guy that can ease the transition. The running game will benefit from defenses having to pick their poison, PFM and the air attack, or CJ Anderson and the run.

The Broncos will refuse to look ahead. Like any good team, they will talk about taking it one week at a time. There are no holes on a NFL schedule. Winning a Super Bowl is never a right, and this team will have to fight every week to prove they belong in the discussion. Strap up Broncos Country. We are about to go for a fun ride.
