This will be the easiest projection of all, because Sambrailo is going to be the Broncos’ most important rookie in 2015. He will be the starting left tackle, and responsible for blocking the blind side of Peyton Manning, the five-time NFL MVP.

No pressure, or anything.

The local product out of Colorado State has all of the tools and pre-requisite experience in college to play left tackle in the NFL, and I think his strengths will be amplified in the zone blocking scheme. It might not be rosy from day one, but with the injury to Ryan Clady, at least Sambrailo knows and can prepare for a job he is going to have the entire season rather than wondering if he’s going to be competing for time at right tackle, left guard, or wherever else.

The injury to Clady provided some clarity for the Broncos up front, at least as it pertains to Sambrailo. Perhaps his future is still on the right side, but at least now the Broncos will know. He is the most critical rookie for this team.
