The Denver Broncos are in a good place right now. As the the calendar prepares to turn to the summer, and the teams are getting their rookies in camp, the Broncos seem to be headed in exactly the direction they want to go. Emmanuel Sanders said Super Bowl or bust, and this team is heading that way.

Yeah, it is early. Greatness comes in the regular and post season, not in the offseason, but greatness is built in the offseason. Gary Kubiak and John Elway are building. The Broncos are coming off a very successful draft. Shane Ray fell, and Elway stepped up and maneuvered to grab an impressive talent. The Broncos are single handedly employing half the tight ends in the league, but Kubiak is putting his plan into action.
There is no doubt that the journey is long. Obviously, there will be some hiccups along the way. Even after a successful draft, Denver has suffered a little. With the loss of third round pick, Jeff Heuerman for the season, the whole franchise was shook up. However, the talent of this team looks like it should be able to overcome those issues.
Peyton Manning looks healthy. Is there anything better than Manning looking like he has his legs back. Denver suffers when Manning is struggling. There are no guarantees, but at least for now, it is great to see Manning looking healthy.

The team is confident. Sanders and DeMarcus Ware have already stated the goal for this Broncos team. Anything less than a Super Bowl victory is failure. They know the talent is there. They know this coaching staff is bringing changes that can only make this team better. The team is buying in, and that is good news.
Kubiak and his staff are fully aware of their opportunity. With a healthy Manning, and the changes to the offense, there should be no slowing down this offense. Wade Phillips is going to have this defense fired up. There is a reunion taking place at Dove Valley, and this staff knows that now is the time to strike.
