Music to my ears. Emmanuel Sanders is speaking my kind of language, and saying what fans want to hear from their players. Super Bowl or bust for this Broncos team. Emmanuel Sanders has done a lot to become a fan favorite in Denver. He goes all out on every play, is a favorite target of Peyton Manning, and now he is telling it like it is.
Team success in the NFL can be measured in many ways. Divisional championships, playoff wins, trips to the Super Bowl – all ways to measure success. If you are a fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars, 6 wins would be a success. However, if you are a fan of the Denver Broncos success can be measured in one way.
Sanders said it. We are all thinking it. This Denver Broncos team has one goal – to win a Super Bowl. The 2014 season was a bust, and so was 2013. I understand that only one team gets to hoist the Lombardi trophy every year. That makes what Sanders said that much better. He did not shy away from the expectations. He welcomed them.

The 2015 Broncos have a long way to go before becoming a Super Bowl winner. In fact, the expectations around the league aren’t that high for Denver this season. The New England Patriots are back on top of the league. Seattle looks to be just as good next year. Green Bay is still a big contender.
The changes that Gary Kubiak’s staff will be making to this team might equal a slow start. However, this team should be ready for a deep playoff run. Sanders refused to back down from the belief that his team should win the Super Bowl. He is setting the tone for a team that looked shell shocked when the season ended.
Peyton Manning will enter what is presumably his final season healthy. The running attack will be much improved. The defense will be better off for having Wade Phillips calling the shots. Even with all the player turnover this team should be better. Will it translate onto the field? If you ask Emmanuel Sanders, it will. Music to my ears.
