Broncos Draft Reports: Maxx Williams vs. Clive Walford

Conclusion
Both of these tight ends are guys that I would welcome on the Broncos. I can’t determine if they’d be the guys I would target at pick 28 come April due to the fact that I still have many more prospects to watch.
Between the two of them, I think the superior prospect is Maxx Williams is the superior player. That said, I wouldn’t be surprised if Walford turned out to be the better player down the road. I’m not saying that’s what I expect to happen, that’s just how good I feel about both players.

The only thing that I’ve swayed on is Williams’s YAC ability, which he showcased in a big way in the bowl game against Missouri.
If the Broncos end up with either tight end they should be happy. Both are good players that I think will have success and be effective for a while in the NFL.
