For the fourth time in 2014, a member of the Denver Broncos was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week. For week 17, the honor was earned by running back, C.J. Anderson as announced today on the Broncos website. Anderson rushed for 87 yards on 6.7 yards per carry and three touchdowns. He also hauled in two Peyton Manning passes for an additional 20 yards of productivity in a 47-14 thrashing of the Oakland Raiders. C.J. followed in the footsteps of teammates Julius Thomas (week 1), Demaryius Thomas (week 5), and Peyton Manning (week 7) in earning the weekly distinction. Congratulations C.J, now go out there and lead us to three more wins. Happy New Year to everyone!
