The Denver Broncos were beaten on Monday night by the Cincinnati Bengals. Good. Now that we got that out of the way, we can talk about the Broncos with some realistic lenses. Bronco fans generally go in two directions after a loss. Fans wearing blue and orange lensed glasses will scream their praises and curse anyone who does not think that Peyton Manning will lead the Broncos to a Super Bowl win. Fans with a more pessimistic view of life will shout about all the terrible things they saw, and claim the Broncos are no better than the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Twitter wars begin, and factions are formed. The dreaded “unfollow,” is threatened throughout the land. Memes are created like propaganda posters, and posted to FaceBook walls. Sniping from outside of Broncos Country causes anger and disdain for anyone who does not share the same views. It feels like those Kate Upton Game of War commercials, without the hotness. It gets out of hand quickly, and then it dies down, which allows Broncos Country to take a realistic look at what happened.
