What I Want for a Broncos Christmas on Monday Night

This game is especially important to me since I will be attending it in person. As I mentioned earlier, I’m live in Ohio (near Cleveland), so I’m not able to catch a lot of games. This will be my fourth live Broncos game and first since I went to Buffalo in 2011 to get a taste of Tebowmania. You can look up the score of that game if you want to /sad face emoji.
Broncos games right before Christmas have always been a favorite of mine and I’m thankful that they’re almost always in the playoff hunt at that point in the year. A consistent wish for my Christmas list each year is for a Broncos win.
I remember back in 2007 watching the Broncos’ Christmas Eve game against the Chargers with my family during the gift exchange. It was a great historical game because that officially started the feud between Philip Rivers and Jay Cutler. Unfortunately, the Broncos went on to lose the game. The aforementioned Bills game was also on Christmas Eve. In 2012, Denver beat my hometown Browns a couple days before Christmas in decisive fashion.
Christmas week games have usually just meant a lot to me. I’ll be on hand to watch Broncos that I haven’t seen live yet like Peyton (!!!), Wes Welker, Von Miller, DeMarcus Ware, and Chris Harris; most likely all players I’ll tell my kids about if I’m so fortunate.
It should be a fun game and one the Broncos can win. I hope you all get a chance to watch it and I wish all of you a Merry Christmas and happy holidays.
