The Denver Broncos have a lot of players that are banged up right now, which is to be expected at this point in the season. Really, the injury report could include the entire team, but here’s the final report and some projected inactives for today’s game against the Buffalo Bills.

Montee Ball, Groin, OUT

Ronnie Hillman, Foot, OUT
Terrance Knighton, Elbow, QUESTIONABLE
Cody Latimer, Concussion, OUT
Lerentee McCray, Illness, PROBABLE
Will Montgomery, Knee, Probable
Quanterus Smith, Ribs, QUESTIONABLE
Aqib Talib, Hamstring, PROBABLE

Julius Thomas, Ankle, QUESTIONABLE
Demaryius Thomas, Ankle, PROBABLE

Projected Inactives
The Broncos need to have seven players inactive for today’s game, and we already know that four players are for sure out:
Montee Ball, RB
Ronnie Hillman, RB
Cody Latimer, WR
Kayvon Webster, CB
We also know that Julius Thomas is probably closer to doubtful than he is to questionable. Ankle injuries have given Thomas a ton of trouble throughout his career, though the Broncos have gotten along alright without him. Still, he’s a huge red zone weapon and it would be great if he could get back out on the field.
Jacob Tamme was limited in practice this week, so he should also be considered in serious doubt for this game. Michael Schofield has been a gameday inactive the entire season, so you can pencil him in as well. Quinton Carter also had just one limited practice this week for the Broncos.
What will be interesting is to see the Broncos go into this game with two kickers active for the first time in…can anyone remember that happening before?
If I were forced to make a guess, I’d say today’s inactives will be Ball, Hillman, Latimer, Webster, Schofield, Julius Thomas, and Quinton Carter.
