Ware played his best game as a member of the Broncos in Kansas City.

The whole Denver defense could get a game ball, but Ware was special.

He finished with three tackles, two tackles for loss, two quarterback hits, one sack, one pass defended and one interception.

As a defense, the Broncos had six sacks and allowed 151 yards of offense.

Denver held Jamaal Charles to 10 carries for 35 yards.

If ever there was a performance by the defense that reminded Broncos Country of the Orange Crush, this was it.

And it started with Ware.

How he played fed life to the rest of the guys on defense – Von Miller, TJ Ward and others.

Given how the Broncos defense the played the week prior against the Miami Dolphins, it was great to see.

If the defense plays like that again going forward, Denver will not lose. Added with the effectiveness of the running game, this is the most excited I’ve been about the Broncos since Manning signed here.

As with the team, how will Ware respond to his best game in orange?
