If this a must-win game for the Broncos, this is the last game for the offensive line to show it can do the job.
The talk of adding guard Richie Incognito needs to stop. After Sunday, there are five games left in the season. Executive vice president/general manager John Elway won’t bring anyone in at this point.
The only thing Denver can do is work with what it has. At this point, it’s beyond putrid.
All we’ve heard this week is how driven and motivated the Broncos offensive line is. They’ve said the right things. Some of them have owned it.
But the time for talk is over.
It’s time for these five guys to get the job done. Enough with the excuses of not having enough time to build chemistry and that it’s a new unit with guys playing new positions.
Either you can play football or you can’t. Either you can block the guy in front of you or you can’t. It’s that simple; especially for the offensive line.
Prove it.
Prove to your teammates and coaches you’re not the weak link on this team. Prove they can rely on you.
