Anderson will take this chance and run with it – sorry for the pun.

As I’ve said, had he not got injured last preseason, he would have been the Broncos’ running back. That’s how well he played and the impact he was having.

Interesting note: Anderson got some words of encouragement this week from Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch. If anything, that will spark him just a little big more.

Anderson will take that encouragement, what offensive coordinator Adam Gase said this week and how he played against the Raiders to leave no doubt he’s Denver’s running back going forward.

He does that by rushing for at least 150 yards and two touchdowns.

If you’re keeping track, that’s seven touchdowns for the offense in St. Louis.

Hey, these are bold predictions, so we might as well have fun with them.

For at least another week, Anderson will remain the Broncos running back. That’s something this offense sorely needs.
