Broncos (Somewhat) Mid-season Awards

With a record of 7-2, the Denver Broncos are nine games into the 2014 season. With Week 11 already underway, we’re a little past the halfway. But that won’t stop me from handing out some awards in the middle of the season.

Before we begin, there were some rules I implemented before I gave out these prestigious awards aka the SMA’s (Somewhat Mid-season Awards). First, a player had to play in at least five games to be eligible for an SMA. Second, no repeat winners. It’s pretty obvious a guy like Peyton Manning would win every possible team award given out to the offense, even if that award were Best Offensive Lineman. Lastly…. nope that’s it.
