A lot has been made about what the Broncos defense will do with “Gronk.” Who will cover him? How will they cover him?

Whatever plan Denver defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio puts in place, it works. The Broncos will hold Gronkowski to under five receptions, and none for touchdowns.

What most people forget when they talk about this game is Denver is coming off a mini-bye week after its win against the San Diego Chargers. That means Del Rio and his defensive coaches have been able to put the best plan in place for his defense to have success.

The Broncos have looked at what they did wrong against Antonio Gates and will make corrections Sunday.
