Manning not only became the second quarterback in NFL history to throw for 500 touchdown passes, he set his single-game record for passing yards.
PFM finished 31-of-47 for 479 yards with 4 touchdowns and 2 interceptions against Arizona.
His 479 yards are the second most in Denver team history behind former quarterback Jake Plummer’s 499. Pure coincidence here, but Plummer set the mark against Arizona in 2004.
Of course, it helps to have Sanders and a confident Thomas.
