5 Reasons Broncos Were Right to Cut Matt Prater

Hopefully this gets the point across. 

All three of these guys want to get paid. All three guys are important to the Broncos. All three are more important than a kicker who makes $4 million a year. 

I would much rather have Harris on this roster for the remainder of his career than a kicker. Harris is far more important to the overall success of this organization than Prater or any kicker ever will be. 

I get that people are shocked. 

I get that people were caught off guard; especially the Friday before a game. 

But take emotion out of the equation. 

We’re talking about a kicker on a team with Manning.
