Wide Recievers

Start of the Week:

Michael Crabtree – Mid WR3 – 8 months removed from the Richard Sherman rant, Michael Crabtree stands as a solid Number 1 receiver on the 49er squad. His opening matchup yields the Dallas Cowboys, a very poor pass defense a season ago. His value is tied to Colin Kaepernick, who I have as my QB start of the week. Crabtree could be in store for a big day.

Start Em:

Larry Fitzgerald – Mid WR2 – Fitzgerald will be catching QBs from the same QB since Kurt Warner retired. Fitzgerald saw a nice boost in numbers once he began catching passes from Carson Palmer, continuing his relationship with him will only produce better chemistry and results. The Cardinals face Chargers team that was awful against the past last season (no I do not think the addition of Brandon Flowers helps much) so look for both Palmer and Fitzgerald to have big days.

Eric Decker – Mid WR3 – Many think Decker is a product of Manning, I disagree. Decker caught 8 TD passes with Tim Tebow as his QB, he is a talented WR and he will have a good season. If Michael Crabtree can be a number 1 WR, then so can Eric Decker. look for him to make a statement during his first game with Gang Green.

Other Starts: Jeremy Maclin, Percy Harvin, Victor Cruz and Marques Colston

Sit of the Week:

Randall Cobb – Low WR2 – Recurring theme? I am not too high on any Green Bay players this week, comes with the territory of facing the Seahawks secondary.

Sit Em:

Roddy White – Low WR3 – The Falcons face off with the 3rd ranked pass defense from a season ago that only got better with the addition of center fielder Jairus Byrd. White began declining in production this past season while struggling with injuries. I am not a fan of White so long as Julio Jones is healthy.

Desean Jackson – Low WR3 – Jackson goes from the number 1 receiving option to number 2 in Washington. He is still a threat for a big play at anytime, but Houston has a solid secondary and a scary front 7. Will RGIII have time to toss any deep balls to DJax?

Other Sits: Alshon Jeffery, Torrey Smith, Mike Evans and Antonio Brown
