I could see the Broncos keeping a 5th safety, but I’m leaving one roster spot open in this projection. That gives the Broncos some flexibility to keep a player that stepped up in preseason play. One guy who has really dropped off is Duke Ihenacho. Last year at this time he was out on the field earning a starting job with his physical downfield play. This year he’s just not the same player.
