Denver Broncos: Mile High Mailbag: Just How Good Is This Team?

I’m really high on Jordan Norwood. He really jumped off the screen in last week’s preseason matchup vs the Seahawks.

Since the Broncos chose to let KR/PR, Trindon Holliday, walk in free agency, it left them without a returner. At first, many thought that Isaiah Burse, an undrafted rookie free agent, would step up and fill that need.

But that hasn’t come to fruition. It’s looking like Norwood has the edge in the KR/PR/WR spot. He also has great chemistry with Brock Osweiler.

If he can continue to perform throughout preseason, I like his odds. He is an NFL veteran afterall. If I had to call it now, I’d say that Norwood makes this team as the 6th WR.
