Running back. Denver Broncos. Montee Ball. 28. player. 45.
Height: 5-10

Weight:215

After being drafted in the second round last year, Ball had concerns with his pass blocking. Which he spent a lot of time working on. The bigger issue was his fumbles and receiving. But as the season went on his fumbling issues came to an end, though he still had trouble receiving. This offseason he enters as the starter. He and the coaches have focused on his blocking, where he wants to be challenged every day, and his receiving, where he has reportedly improved.

His blocking, though improved, it is still cause for concern. During 1v1 drills, he faced off against Danny Trevathan and Nate Irving with no success. But, during team drills, Ball did a good job of keeping T.J. Ward blocked long enough for Peyton manning to get the ball away. As Ball improves his grip on the starting job should strengthen. He will make the roster and be the starter as the season comes.
