Well, this is potentially huge news for the Denver Broncos:
Von Miller doubtful to play in Oakland. Initial diagnosis is a knee sprain. They'll throw that knee in the MRI tube tomorrow to make certain

.@TheRealRoof09 I'm told it's not as serious as they initially thought. Undergoing MRI as a precaution. Never know.

Absolutely fantastic news, so hopefully Vic’s source isn’t just getting everyone’s hopes up. The initial diagnosis for Miller was not good. He was immediately taken to the locker room and declared OUT in Houston when he hurt his knee, and then there were quick rumors from the Denver Post that the Broncos feared Miller had a torn ACL.
The injury to Von didn’t look like he’d done anything bad enough to tear up his knee, but you never know how that stuff can happen during the course of a game.
Miller left the game early and his absence for any length of time will certainly be felt, but if he escaped Houston with a mere knee sprain, he should be ready to go for the team’s first playoff game you would think.
Obviously, he won’t play against the Raiders so we’ll get to see a lot more of Jeremy Mincey (who played well against Houston) as the Broncos now try to cope without their best pass rusher.
Hopefully not for long.
