Harry Potter is a big Demaryius Thomas fan. Okay, okay. Not exactly, but the actor who plays Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe, is big on Thomas when it comes to fantasy football.

Even though he’s from England, Radcliffe is a huge NFL fan. So big, in fact, that when in England, games don’t start until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday and the 24-year-old actor will stay up through the Monday Night game just to watch.

Radcliffe is big on fantasy football as well and told the New York Times who his star player has been this year.

"“Julio Jones for the Falcons. I’m always very, very grateful to him. I’ve got him in one league and in the other league I’ve got Demaryius Thomas.” – Daniel Radcliffe (NY Times)"

Thomas caught wind Thursday that Radcliffe was a fan of his.

“I actually watched a couple of [the Harry Potter] movies, so that’s crazy,” Thomas said. “Never thought that he’d be a fan of football, but it’s cool.”

Thomas performs some magic out on the football field weekly, whether it’s slipping tackles or making spectacular catches, but if he starts wearing glasses off the field, we’ll know why.
