The Denver Broncos and Sports Authority Field go together like peanut butter and jelly, like Bert and Ernie…well, like orange and blue. That’s the case for most of the year, but during the summer months, Denver’s professional lacrosse team rocks the house.
In fact this season, the Denver Outlaws have already clinched a playoff berth with an 8-0 record.
Check out the action and the new video boards at Sports Authority Field this Thursday, July 4th as the Outlaws host the New York Lizards at 7:00 p.m.
To help create Colorado’s largest Independence Day celebration, a 360 degree, multi media fireworks display will take place along with the official unveiling of the massive new video board.
It’s the third-largest video board in the NFL and its new high-definition LED video display measure 220′ long x 40′ high. This is the centerpiece of an off-season $30 million dollar stadium improvement project that also includes two new HD video displays above the stadium’s north end zone, a 1,500-foot-wide LED ribbon display along the club level facade, a new sound system and the installation of over 1,000 flat screen monitors in stadium concourses and other public spaces.
Head out and support your local undefeated lacrosse team and get a sneak peak at the new video board that will surely show many Broncos touchdowns this season.
