Welcome to the NFL Rahim Moore, where big hits can cost you big money.
The Denver Post reported today that the NFL has fined the Denver Broncos‘ rookie safety $20,000 for a hit on Buffalo Bills‘ wide receiver Donald Jones, which happened last Saturday night in the Broncos preseason win over the Bills.
Moore felt like the hit was a clean shot, as he did not launch himself at Jones or lead with his helmet. Apparently, the NFL didn’t think the hit was so innocent.
