I’m working with Guinness this year to help break the world record for the largest St. Patrick’s Day party ever. To do your part, all you have to do is go to Guinness.com and pledge to celebrate like an Irishman (or Irishwomen) with Guinness this St. Patrick’s Day.

PO needs your help! What’s in it for you? Well, you have a chance to win a free trip to Dublin. PO makes a little money for each pledge entered with our referral code (ORAN) so if you’re a PO supporter and like the work we do, please take one minute out of your day to say thank you. If you really like us, you will take the pledge and then convince your friends to do the same.

Here’s what you have to do.

- Go here to make your pledge. Enter your date of birth and you will be taken to sign the pledge.

- Fill out the form with your name, zip, and most importantly, the referral code ORAN. This is how Guinness knows that you came from Predominantly Orange. Do not login with your Facebook or else you won’t be able to enter the referral code.

-Finally, once you enter, you will get a certificate and be able to enter for your chance to win a trip to Dublin.

This helps PO tremendously. Thank you for taking the time to pledge your support to PO and Guinness this St. Patrick’s Day! I’m thrilled to be working with Guinness this year as they have steadily supplied my St. Patrick’s Days since I could legally drink.

To make this deal a little more interesting, we are running a Broncos limerick contest. Irish limericks are by far the most popular kind of limerick. They are short poems that can be funny, rude, or even raunchy.

Here’s a limerick I put together:

There was an Old Quarterback whose neck,

Forced him to do a body-check;

The Broncos went panning for Manning,

Hoping to strike gold,

But they’re left sitting, waiting on hold.

Submit your Broncos limerick in the comment section below, and you will be entered in to the contest to win a Broncos t-shirt.

As you celebrate St. Paddy’s Day with Guinness, please be sure to drink responsibly, and take the pledge (referral code ORAN). Find a designated driver or use public transportation, and drink within your limits.

Fun Guinness fact: Did you know that 83% of U.S. adults will wear green on St. Paddy’s Day this year? Shoulder to shoulder, those 102 million people would stretch from California to New York four times!

Make sure to follow Predominantly Orange on Facebook and on Twitter.

As St. Patrick’s Day approaches, let’s face it, everyone is Irish for at least one day a year. Even those of us who normally sport Bronco orange make the conversion to green on this day.

Irish limericks are by far the most popular kind of limericks. They are short poems that can be funny, rude, or even raunchy. Here’s a popular example of an Irish limerick:

There was an Old Person whose habits,
Induced him to feed upon rabbits;
When he’d eaten eighteen,
He turned perfectly green,
Upon which he relinquished those habits.

We are here to encourage you to submit a Broncos limerick for your chance to win a team t-shirt. Please submit your limerick in the comments section and you will automatically be entered into a drawing to win the shirt. Here’s what I came up with.

There was an Old quarterback with a neck beard,

His throws made Tim Tebow reappear;

He left for Kansas City, waiting to headline,

Hoping his playing days are like a fine wine,

Which appears similar to his good ole’ neck beard.

Predominantly Orange has teamed up with Guinness to help them set the Guinness World Record for “The Largest St. Patrick’s Day Celebration” ever. With that said, I invite you to take the pledge that you are going to celebrate this St. Patrick’s Day in true Irish fashion – with Guiness.

All you have to go is go here to make your pledge. Click “Join the Party” and you will be taken to sign the pledge. It will ask you for your first name, country, zip, and optional code. Please enter ORAN into the optional code field so that Guinness knows PO referred you.

Once you make the pledge, you can register for your chance to win a trip to Dublin for the St. Patrick’s Day after party.

As you celebrate St. Paddy’s Day with Guinness, please be sure to drink responsibly. Find a designated driver, use public transportation, and drink within your limits.

Now get to those limericks!

The Irish connection is in full force right now.

Many have said that the Denver Broncos had the luck of the Irish with multiple comeback wins in 2011. The four leaf clover has nothing on the Broncos’ skilled fourth quarter comebacks, however.

The connection doesn’t end there. QB Brady Quinn, T Ryan Harris, and S David Bruton all attended Notre Dame where the Fighting Irish hold their leprechaun mascot near and dear.

As St. Patrick’s Day approaches, let’s face it, everyone is Irish for at least one day a year. Even those of us who normally sport Bronco orange make the conversion to green on this day.

Predominantly Orange has teamed up with Guinness to help them set the Guinness World Record for “The Largest St. Patrick’s Day Celebration” ever. (Ron Chenoy-US PRESSWIRE)

Once you make the pledge, you can register for your chance to win a trip to Dublin for the St. Patrick’s Day after party.

That’s not all. After you take care of your pledge, leave a comment below telling us what the Broncos’ “luckiest” play of the year was. Where was the team most fortunate? Was it Marion Barber’s fumble in the fourth quarter? Was it Barber running out of bounds in regulation to stop the clock, allowing the Broncos to beat the Bears? Was it the team signing Willis McGahee in the off season? Tell us what it was, and you will be registered to win some great Bronco prizes such as t-shirts, hats, and even a Tim Tebow jersey. How’s that for a pot o’ gold?

As you celebrate St. Paddy’s Day with Guinness, please be sure to drink responsibly. Find a designated driver, use public transportation, and drink within your limits.
