]]> Every summer, ESPN puts on a series called “My Wish.” Through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, ESPN makes sports wishes come true for kids battling serious illnesses.

16-year-old Adam Hubbs is suffering from a life threatening blood disorder. After enduring numerous surgeries and a stroke, Hubbs was severely down. A one-time athlete himself, Hubbs’s top wish was to meet Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow.

That happened in Orlando when Tebow invited Hubbs and his family to spend the day with him. Tebow and Hubbs went to the arcade, rode a bike, and threw the football around.

For many people, Tebow is an inspiration. For Tebow, however, Hubbs is the inspiration. Courage doesn’t just roar on the football field. Sometimes courage howls in a child battling for his life.
