The Irish connection is in full force right now.

Many have said that the Denver Broncos had the luck of the Irish with multiple comeback wins in 2011. The four leaf clover has nothing on the Broncos’ skilled fourth quarter comebacks, however.

The connection doesn’t end there. QB Brady Quinn, T Ryan Harris, and S David Bruton all attended Notre Dame where the Fighting Irish hold their leprechaun mascot near and dear.

As St. Patrick’s Day approaches, let’s face it, everyone is Irish for at least one day a year. Even those of us who normally sport Bronco orange make the conversion to green on this day.
