Since the 2006 NFL season, Sunday Night Football on your local NBC station has been a staple on the calendar of football fans from coast to coast.

With that said, there have also been a litany of music stars who have sung the opening them while country music star Carrie Underwood has been the performer since 2013, when she took over for Faith Hill.

In each of the Sunday Night Football intros, Underwood performs with a litany of NFL stars, each of which have their teams playing on NBC’s SNF during that season.

This time around, the Denver Broncos will be represented by the richest non-quarterback in NFL history, linebacker Von Miller.

Miller, who inked a 6-year contract with $70 million in guarantees on July 15, will be part of the introduction along with 11 other NFL players.

These include New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning and receiver Odell Beckham Jr., Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Antonio Brown, Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant, Oakland Raiders defensive end/linebacker Khalil Mack, Arizona Cardinals safety Tyrann Mathieu and cornerback Patrick Peterson, and three Seattle Seahawks in safeties Kam Chancellor and Earl Thomas, as well as quarterback Russell Wilson.

This season, the Broncos will be on Sunday Night Football with two scheduled appearances: November 6 at Oakland and December 25 at Kansas City. With the advent of flex scheduling late in the season, the Broncos may make more appearances on the network.

The Denver Broncos will also appear on the opening kickoff game against the Carolina Panthers on September 8th, which will be aired on NBC. So we will get to see quite a bit of Von Miller this season in primetime.

Entering his sixth season, Miller has 60 sacks, 17 forced fumbles, five fumble returns, one interception and 210 tackles in his career.

Get excited Broncos Country as we are just six weeks away from the start of another NFL season, and a season in which the Denver Broncos will be the defending champions.
