One piece of the Denver Broncos checklist is now marked complete, as Von Miller will sign his lengthy extension making him the highest paid non-quarterback in the history of the NFL. Now that Miller is extended, there are multiple upcoming free agents who the Broncos will need to sign either this season or next off-season.

John Elway and the front office have made it known Emmanuel Sanders is a priority to sign an extension and before this offseason started it seemed unlikely they would sign Brandon Marshall, Von Miller and Emmanuel Sanders to a contract extension. Now, that may happen.

Broncos are expected to continue their success in the 2016 season and keeping the roster in tact is a number one priority. The 2016 season brings a same attitude and same identity. Training camp starts July 26.
