Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller, the Denver Broncos’ franchise player, thinks rookie QB Paxton Lynch looks like a superstar. We love you, Von…

Denver Broncos pass rush extraordinaire and Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller gave his thoughts on rookie quarterback and first round pick Paxton Lynch.

You will like them.

There’s a lot to love about Von Miller, and even more now that he gives his analysis of the Broncos’ rookie quarterback.

Miller doesn’t seem overly concerned about his contract situation right now, and hopefully the Broncos are working hard to get that deal done. As many of us fans said before the postseason was even finished, just hand the man a blank check.

Unfortunately, it’s not that simple.

The Broncos are trying to lock in Miller at a price that’s fair both to him and the team, but what’s fair from Miller’s perspective involves more money than what the Broncos deem fair.

Sigh…

At some point or another, John Elway will get that situation resolved. Losing Miller in any capacity would be a huge black eye on the work he’s done as a general manager. He’s not going to let him go. Miller was Elway’s first selection as GM of this Broncos team (even though he wasn’t technically GM back then) and it has proven to be the most valuable of all.

Having a pass rusher with the skills of Miller, who can also defend the run and cover with the best of them, is an asset most teams would trade a lot of valuable assets for. The Broncos are fortunate to have Miller, his chicken farming expertise, and his astute analysis of the Broncos’ new quarterback.
