The Denver Broncos have received their 2016 NFL schedule. How does the season shape up for the Super Bowl champions?

We are only 141 days away from kicking off the Super Bowl defense Broncos Country! We already learned who the Denver Broncos would be playing to start the season. Now we will take a look at the remaining 15 games.

The regular season schedule has been released. It is quite an interesting slate. But here it is. Take a look for yourselves.

The biggest thing that stands out to me are four 11 AM MST start times. Games against the Bengals, Titans, Jaguars, and Saints are all on the road and quite early for Broncos fans.

Another interesting thing that I am looking at with the schedule is that the Broncos and Chargers meet twice in a span of three weeks.

The Broncos bye week will be at Week 11, which is pretty late. So, if the Denver Broncos can get to a decent ten game record, they will earn a well deserved bye.

The slate includes five primetime games. Three of those five primetime games are against each of the Broncos divisional rivals. That includes a Sunday Night game on Christmas against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The other two primetime games are the opener against the Panthers and the Monday night contest against former quarterback Brock Osweiler and the Houston Texans.

In my opinion, the toughest part of the schedule will come right after the bye as the Denver Broncos play three of their five games on the road. Two of which will be played on the east coast.
