Emmanuel Sanders is one of the new faces of the Broncos franchise due to his hard work and his toughness. He always strives to work hard. So, you can only imagine his response would be with the Deflategate scandal.

While attending Ed McCaffrey’s football camp, he talked to the kids about the importance of hard work. When a kid asked him what he thought of the Patriots Deflategate, he did not hold up his displeasure.

“Yeah, I’m kind of mad. I don’t think that they should be a Super Bowl champion. You are not supposed to cheat. Cheating is not good, especially when you have guys working their butts off for 365 days out of the year and one person cheats, whether it helps them win the Super Bowl or not, they shouldn’t be a champion.”

Emmanuel Sanders goes on to say that hard work and determination will help someone or a team get far into reaching your goals. No matter what it takes to take that extra step, as long as someone is willing to work hard, their goals can be realized.

I do not blame Emmanuel Sanders for his opinion on the Deflategate saga, but he is correct that it takes hard work and determination to accomplish a goal. I can also see how he worded his response to the kids about it. He was voicing his displeasure because I believe he felt like the New England Patriots or whomever was involved was not willing to put in the effort to work hard like other teams are. Which is fair to believe.

Emmanuel Sanders has every right to be upset. While it may not matter anymore, at least there is one player that believes that hard work and determination should be rewarded instead of skipping steps. And Emmanuel Sanders is correct in saying what he had to say in regards to willing to become a hard worker. Give something time, and it will benefit in the long run.
